Chronoswiss celebrates the 30th anniversary of their Opus chronograph with a wild Purple Rain limited edition
Chronoswiss marks three decades of the Opus chronograph with the Opus Purple Rain, a striking 30-piece limited edition. First introduced in 1995, the Opus redefined chronographs by exposing the mechanics on the dial, a daring move that became a brand signature. The anniversary model amplifies that spirit with a 41mm grade 5 titanium case, finished in a vivid purple CVD coating. Traditional design cues remain intact, including straight lugs, coin-edge bezel, and the signature onion crown.
The skeletonized dial continues the celebration of mechanics, with purple accents, black bridges, and registers for hours, minutes, and small seconds, complemented by a discreet date display. A luminous white strap with purple stitching adds dramatic presence, glowing violet in low light. Powered by the ruthenium-coated automatic calibre C.741S, the Purple Rain balances bold aesthetics with proven performance, embodying Chronoswiss’s philosophy of innovation rooted in tradition.
