MING 37.02 Monolith

Introduced in 2024, the 37.02 Minimalist became the first watch in MING’s permanent core collection, representing a return to watches that are stocked, ready to ship, and designed for everyday ownership. It distilled everything MING stands for—distinctive yet reductive design, refined finishing, technical innovation, and exceptional value.

But sometimes restraint isn’t enough. Sometimes a watch should speak only to those who truly understand. That philosophy gave rise to the 37.02 Monolith: a stealthier, rarer interpretation of the Minimalist, created for collectors who appreciate subtlety over spectacle. Finished in anthracite DLC with mixed matte and brushed textures, the Monolith is produced in limited annual numbers, striking a careful balance between exclusivity and accessibility.

Assembled at MING’s Swiss facility, the Monolith features a luminous sapphire dial filled with MING Polar White, the brand’s proprietary white-emission luminous material. Its ever-changing visual character—glowing, inverting, or absorbing light depending on angle—makes the dial quietly mesmerizing without resorting to symmetry or excess.

Housed in a refined 38mm stainless steel case with 100m water resistance, the watch is powered by a customised Sellita SW300.M1 with anthracite skeletonised components. Paired with MING’s ultra-comfortable Mango FKM rubber strap, the 37.02 Monolith is discreet, purposeful, and deeply considered—exactly the kind of watch that rewards those who know.
