From Sea to Stars
De Bethune continues its journey from sea to stars with a trio of remarkable timepieces, each reimagined in smaller, collector-friendly proportions. The DB25 Starry Varius XS reduces its diameter to 40.6mm, while preserving its celestial poetry. Its burgundy dial, framed in titanium or rose gold, glows with a handcrafted Milky Way design, created through laser engravings, gold leaf, and starry pins — a cosmic spectacle now offered as part of the regular collection.
In contrast, the DB28xs Tourbillon Kind of Blue embraces modernity. Housed in a slimmed 38.7mm blue-polished titanium case, it features a high-frequency, 30-second titanium-silicon tourbillon at 6 o’clock. Delicate Microlight guilloché bridges subtly offset the design, making this the brand’s first XS-format tourbillon and a perfectly unisex creation.
Completing the trio, the DB28GS Swordfish redefines the dive watch with an internal mechanical lighting system, ensuring legibility without contrast limitations. Bold, technical, and imaginative, it embodies De Bethune’s vision of horology as art.
